My First Steps at Otaki Forks - by Harrison Roper

This is my first adventure to Otaki Forks and the swing bridge, my mummy said Otaki Gorge is very beautiful, but I'm most excited about walking across the bridge and throwing pebbles into the river! Wish me luck.

We stopped on the Swing Bridge to check out the view.

And here it is, Otaki River!

My Nanna making a run for it across the swing bridge, she's very brave!

I made it safely across the swing bridge, with a little bit of assistance from my Mum.

Celebrating with my family after crossing the swing bridge and I'm ready to go for another walk!

Now that I've got the hang of this walking business, there is now stopping me! Maybe I'll check out the Arcus Loop...
